#1 Waking Up with Back Pain
This is one of the most common issues which most of us have experienced till now. This is nothing but due to wrong posture. If you have this problem, Doctors recommend sleeping on your back and placing a pillow underneath your legs to form the natural curvature of your body. #2 Trying to sleep with neck pain
This is also due to wrong posture. Try to sleeping on your back is recommended. This is also called the Supine position.
This may be one of the most irritating things which a partner is experiencing every night. In this problem, sleep on that person’s side or try a pillow that keeps that person’s head and neck straight. There are special exercises too to strengthen the muscles of tongue and throat.
