Research Reveals: Pasta Actually Helps You Lose Weight And Reduces Your BMI

Don’t we all love pasta? I certainly do. But I always think twice before making or ordering pasta, because I watch my weight. An Italian research (go figure) claims opposite of the popular belief that pasta shouldn’t be consumed if you want to reduce some weight. It claims that even though it is rich in carbohydrates, pasta can help to lose weight. I’m interested.
