You can tell if it’s just a seasonal cough if it started with a sore throat, snuffles, and maybe a slight temperature.That’s when the cough kicks in. In it’s first day, the cough is dry, then it goes loose and phlegmy.There’s not much you can do other than take plenty of fluids. Maybe take some paracetamol if you’re throat is achey, but mainly it’s just waiting for nature to take it’s course.
