For those that suffer from back pain, you’d be surprised to learn that laying on your back is still the best position for you. Place a pillow under your back, to help restore the natural spinal curve and reduce tension. If you like to sleep on your stomach, place a pillow under your abdomen instead to make sure your back doesn’t move.
